How to cook the perfect pasta Italian-approved

- Choose your favourite pasta from our great fresh selection.
- Bring water to boil. 1.5 litres per serve and a teaspoon of salt.
- In the meantime, bring that delicious sauce to simmer.
- When the water is boiling, add the pasta.
- Stir Gently and cook for 2 minutes to get the perfect pasta al dente.
- Simmer the pasta in sauce for 20-30 seconds and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve immediately with grated parmesan on top.
